Literature Text

You hold my heart, like many other things,
And still I try to keep it for myself.
I never had a problem with these strings
Until I thought you put me on a shelf.

The joy we had is hiding somewhere new.
I fear that I could lose you any time!
If you should go, I won't know what to do.
My life would end and nothing else would rhyme.

When all seemed wrong, you used to make it shine,
But now I fear that I am too confused.
I pray that you will always still be mine,
Though fear may be what keeps me so bemused.

I love you more than any other, dear.
I only hope that you will keep me near.
Sonnet number 2. I was debating if I should post this, but I can't have 1, 3, and 5 without 2 and 4 now, can I?
